Justice AI

Justice AI is an exciting innovative project that uses AI tools to provide members of public interest media with better access to justice reporting. We are developing an algorithm that processes legal cases and then makes predictions on a case’s feasibility to be an instructive or engaging story for journalists. This will rapidly reduce the time needed for the process and allow journalists to move through cases more quickly and produce important investigative stories more easily.

The AI system we are developing will also check if there has been any fault in how a case was previously handled and give suggestions on how the case could move forward. This is fantastic for investigative journalists as it creates important leads for stories.
